Chaplain John Secret and his wife Pat became our pastoral leaders on July 2, 2000. Pastor Secret retired after more than 20 years of ministry as a U.S. Air Force Chaplin (Lt. Col.) He received his Master of Divinity at the Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.S. and his Doctor of Ministry at Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana. His military career included service as Senior Chaplin in Florida, Japan, Saudi Arabia, New Mexico and Indiana. He was the Base Protestant Chaplin in West Germany and in Colorado.
Prior to his military service he pastored in his home state of Maryland and with Pat he founded a Christian school.
